½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200C (fan 180c)
Slice the parsnips into thin fries
Drizzle the fries with a generous amount of olive oil, the cumin, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Place in the oven and back for up to an hour, turning halfway through, or until they’re really nice and tender.
